I will do whatever it takes to keep you coming back as a customer. If you find an item for sale in the same condition with a lower price elsewhere online, I will offer to price match - plus I will take an additional 5% off.
To request a price match, contact me and include the following:
- The SKU number of the item you are requesting a price match.
- A link to the item on the other site where the product price is lower.
I will check the details and if accepted, I’ll send you a coupon to redeem the item from me at the lower price.
Terms and Conditions for Price Matching
- A price match will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
- Price matching is offered on a single item listed at $10.00 or more.
- Items must be available for sale on North American web stores only. No classified ad sites like Kijiji or Craigslist qualify.
- All prices will be converted to Canadian dollars during the comparison.
- Auction prices do not qualify. Only “Buy it Now” prices qualify.
- Historical prices do not qualify. The item must be currently available for purchase elsewhere at the advertised price.
- Shipping and handling charges must be appropriate for the price of the item on the other site.
- The price match offer is available to you before you make a purchase from me, not after.
- Price matching does not extend to shipping and handling charges.
- If you are granted a price match and do not follow through with the purchase, you cannot make another price match request for 30 days.
