Return Policy

Any item can be returned for any reason within 15 days unless the listing states "Final Sale. No return for this item".

You have four choices as to how I should handle your return:

  1. Replacement. I will replace the item with another if I have it in stock.
  2. Substitute. You can substitute the item with a different item in my store of equal value.
  3. Refund. I will refund the cost of the item.
  4. Credit. I will add a credit to your account.

I will refund the postage cost for the return plus pay the postage if option 1 or 2 is chosen.

Returning an item

Complete the following steps to return an item:

  1. Choose one of the options above for handling the return.
  2. Send me an email with the reason for the return
  3. Package the item in the same manner in which it was received.
  4. If the cost of the item is less than $100, mail it by regular post.
  5. If the cost of the item is more than $100, ship it by parcel post and include insurance.

After the item is received I will process your return quickly.
