New Shipping Policy - Effective August 3, 2026
Most orders are shipped as Canada Post Lettermail which is regular surface mail.
Orders more than CAD $100 are shipped as a parcel via courier and includes a tracking number. Canada Post and Chit Chats are used.
When is shipping free?
- Standard weight orders over CAD $50 within Canada or the United States, or over CAD $150 internationally. Standard weight orders fit into a #10 envelope, 5"x7" Kraft envelope or a 9"x12" Kraft envelope and weighs 200gm or less. Most orders fall within this category.
- Discount postage orders within Canada - Standard Pack and Maximum Pack only.
- Loyalty group members
- Great Britain Machins orders over $100 shipped anywhere
When is shipping not free?
- Standard weight orders under CAD $50 within Canada and United States, or under CAD $150 internationally.
- Orders that weigh more than 200gm, or require packaging more that .08 inches thick. Most often this applies to souvenir articles in various shapes and sizes. A large order of booklets also tends to be overweight.
- Discount postage orders - Essential Pack only.
- Overweight orders more than 500gm shipped anywhere, require a shipping quote. This is for unusually heavy or thick items. Here is cost you can expect (all CAD):
Canada - $50 to $150
USA - $50 to $150
Everywhere else - $65 - $200
- If a shipping quote is required, you will be advised during checkout. Once the order is submitted, the shipping cost is determined based on your address. You will receive a separate invoice to be paid before the order is shipped.
Note: When you mix free and not-free items on the same order, the not-free shipping cost is in effect.
